1997
Unicapital further expanded its services through the incorporation of a majority-owned subsidiary Unicapital Securities, Inc. – a securities brokerage house licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission and a bonafide member of the Philippine Stock Exchange.
2014
Recognizing the need for a more convenient way to trade, we launched UTrade, our online platform. UTrade has grown significantly and today serves as a reliable, real-time tool for our clients. It’s not just about making trades easier—it’s about giving people access to the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the stock market.
2020
We forged a partnership with Japan’s Naito Securities, bringing their decades of experience in global markets to complement our local expertise. This has allowed us to broaden our horizons, offering a wider range of services and expanding our reach both here in the Philippines and overseas.
2024
UTrade launched a new version of the mobile app that provides a better and smarter on-the-go stock trading experience.
